License & Use Terms
These terms are designed to keep expectations clear and protect the TechTrainer HVAC training materials. By purchasing or accessing any TechTrainer HVAC product, you agree to use the materials for internal company/team training only.
What These Terms Apply To
These terms apply to all TechTrainer HVAC digital training products, including but not limited to:

- •Any related PDFs, worksheets, scripts, checklists, scorecards, templates, guides, downloads, or training materials
Permitted Use
When you purchase a TechTrainer HVAC product, you are purchasing a license to use the materials internally with your own company or team.
You may:
- Download and save the materials for your company's internal use
- Print copies for your internal team
- Use the materials during team meetings, onboarding, coaching, ride-alongs, roleplay, and training sessions
- Share the materials with employees or team members inside your own company
- Use the templates, checklists, scripts, and scorecards to support your internal training process
What You May Not Do
TechTrainer HVAC materials may not be used outside your own company or team.
You may not:
- Resell the materials
- Redistribute the materials
- Upload the materials publicly
- Share the files outside your company
- Give the materials to another business, contractor, consultant, trainer, coach, or organization
- Rebrand the materials as your own
- Copy the materials into another paid product
- Use the materials to create a competing training product
- Post screenshots, full pages, templates, scripts, checklists, or documents publicly
- Sell printed or digital versions of the materials
Internal Team Training License
TechTrainer HVAC products are licensed for internal company/team training use only. This means an HVAC company may use the materials with its own employees, CSRs, dispatchers, technicians, comfort advisors, managers, owners, and internal team members.
The materials are not licensed for resale, public distribution, outside training programs, coaching programs, consulting packages, online courses, or third-party use.
Digital Product Delivery
TechTrainer HVAC products are digital training systems. No physical product will be shipped.
After purchase, materials are delivered manually by email within 24 hours unless otherwise stated. After checkout, customers may also be redirected to a Thank You page with delivery instructions.
If you do not receive your materials within 24 hours, please contact TechTrainer HVAC through the Contact page.
Payment Note
Payment may be processed under Designed By Dane / Dane Burkenpas. TechTrainer HVAC is the training product brand.
Digital Product Access & Refunds
Because TechTrainer HVAC products are digital files, purchases are generally final once the materials have been delivered.
If there is a delivery issue, duplicate purchase, incorrect file, or technical access problem, please reach out through the Contact page so it can be reviewed and corrected.
Free Resources
Free resources, such as the Free 10-Point Service Call Checklist, may be downloaded and used for internal training purposes. Free resources may not be resold, rebranded, uploaded publicly, redistributed, or used to create a competing product.
Ownership of Materials
All TechTrainer HVAC materials, including guides, scripts, checklists, templates, scorecards, worksheets, PDFs, product names, written content, design elements, and training frameworks, remain the property of TechTrainer HVAC / Dane Burkenpas.
Purchasing a product gives you permission to use the materials internally. It does not transfer ownership of the materials.
