What These Terms Cover
These license and use terms apply to The Perfect Service Call Framework, a self-guided digital training system created by TechTrainer HVAC. The training system includes the Masterclass Training Deck, Technician Workbook, Perfect Service Call Checklist, Manager Implementation Guide, and Script Swipe File.
By purchasing or accessing the training materials, you agree to these terms. They're written to be clear and fair — protecting the work that went into building this system while giving your team real, practical use of it.
Team & Company Use
The Perfect Service Call Framework is designed for team use. When you purchase access, you can use the training materials across your HVAC company, including:
- Using the materials for technician training, onboarding, and ongoing development
- Sharing the resources with your service technicians, service managers, and dispatchers
- Using the materials in team meetings, ride-alongs, one-on-one coaching, and roleplay sessions
- Printing copies of the checklist and workbook for your technicians to use in the field
- Adapting the scripts, examples, and frameworks to fit your company voice and workflow
What's Not Allowed
To protect the integrity of the training system and the work behind it, the following uses are not permitted:
- Reselling or redistributing the training materials outside your company — this includes selling, sublicensing, or giving away copies to other HVAC businesses, consultants, trainers, or third parties
- Creating derivative training products based on The Perfect Service Call Framework for commercial sale or distribution
- Publicly posting the training materials online, including on social media, forums, training platforms, or file-sharing sites
- Claiming authorship of the training materials or presenting them as your own original work
- Using the materials to build a competing training program or service
Intellectual Property
The Perfect Service Call Framework, including all training materials, frameworks, scripts, checklists, worksheets, and supporting documents, is the intellectual property of TechTrainer HVAC and its creator.
Your purchase gives you a license to use the materials within your company — it does not transfer ownership or copyright. TechTrainer HVAC retains all rights to the training system, its structure, and its content.
Company-specific adaptations you make (customized scripts, adjusted workflows, internal training versions) remain yours to use internally. The underlying framework and original materials remain the property of TechTrainer HVAC.
Access, Refunds & Support
Access. After purchase, you'll receive access to the complete training system, including the Masterclass Training Deck, Technician Workbook, Perfect Service Call Checklist, Manager Implementation Guide, and Script Swipe File. Access details will be provided based on the delivery method in place at the time of purchase.
Refunds. Because this is a digital training system that delivers all materials at the time of access, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If there's an issue with your purchase, reach out and we'll make it right.

Updates & Changes to Terms
TechTrainer HVAC may update the training materials over time to improve them. If you've purchased access, you'll have access to material updates as they become available.
These license and use terms may also be updated. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. If terms are updated, the current version will always be available on this page.
